Cherry Collagen Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup oat milk | soothing and healing
- ½ cup banana | high in vitamin B6 which restores elasticity
- ½ cup frozen cherries | extremely high in anti-oxidants & repair oxidative damage
- 1 teaspoon collagen powder | reduces dehydration and wrinkles
- Sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg (optional)
- Dash of date syrup (or sweetener or choice)
Eye Mask Directions
- Measure 1 tbsp of leftover smoothie into a small dish
