Shipping

Savor Planner currently ships internationally, however, additional international custom fees and taxes may apply. All domestic retail orders are processed within 3-5 business days with additional time for shipping. If you need assistance, please email us at hello@savorbeauty.com.

Savor Planner primarily uses UPS and USPS as our carrier service. During the COVID-19 pandemic, UPS has provided these statements:

As of March 20, 2020 Suspension of Service Guarantee
Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, we have suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments from any origin to any destination. For all U.S. origin shipments, the Service Guarantee suspension became effective as of March 24, 2020.

 

Expedited Shipping

Any Next Day Air or Expedited orders that come in after 12PM will be shipped the following business day. UPS does not deliver on the weekends. This means Overnight and 2-Day orders placed on Friday will not arrive until Tuesday of the following week

International Shipping

International shipping is available, however, additional international customs fees and taxes may be required for delivery. These fees + taxes are not related to Savor Planner.

Return Policy

If you don't love your Savor Beauty products, please email us your original order number at hello@savorbeauty.com within 14 days of receipt of your purchase and let us know what you didn’t love about our products. We’ll work with you to issue a refund or store credit when we receive the product back from you.

Return must be received unused in good condition* with the original wrap within 7 days of approval to qualify for a refund or store credit and then we will refund** the planner cost.

If we are unable to process a refund to your method of payment, a store credit will be issued. Refund or store credit will be issued for the amount of the product only, excluding tax, shipping and handling.

*Good condition meaning no pages or covers are used, ripped or dirtied.

**Your planner must arrive in good condition and in its original wrapping. If it arrives unwrapped and/or damaged, you will receive a partial refund based on its condition.
