Step 1: The One Thing That Will Bring You Productivity and Peace

In the NEW Daily Action Planner, we've structured your weekly ritual with Steps 0-5, an easy-to-follow rhythm.

This comes from my Savor Beauty self-care rituals, inspired by my classical piano training. Music is rhythm, rhythm is structure, and structure is soothing.

When you have a weekly rhythm, you enhance mental clarity, happiness, peace, and holistic beauty in your life.

"As above so below, and so below as above."

From skin to soul, we've taken this rhythm of self-care rituals and tied it to organizing your inner world to express your full potential, creativity, and well-being.

Step 0 is your prep for the week, the "Brain Detox", aka spa for the brain. I showed you how to do this last week. If you missed it, don't worry--it's here

This week, I want to show you how to do Step 1: prioritize so that you are working smarter, not harder. This is important so that actions have a purpose, and you can make time to savor the sweet parts of life.

Choose the top three priorities from your Brain Detox list that you have created. You can look back at your Big Vision and 90-Day Vision (there are worksheets in the planner) to make sure there is powerful engagement between your vision and actions.

This week, my priorities look like this:

  1. Get plane tickets for our Disneyland trip
  2. Write content for Savor Beauty
  3. Source ingredients for our new "Sleeping Beauty" eye serum.

We create what we write.

Writing your priorities down creates the pillars and foundation for the week. It simplifies your roadmap and helps you to avoid getting swept up in this week's whirlwind of busy-ness.

Here's to creating your weekly rhythm for clarity, peace, + intentional action,
